Cuyutlan is the closest beach from Ajijic (less than 3 hours driving), this property is located at 300 m north from the Tortugario and the great thing about the location is practically an ocean front property, but is not right in front of the beach, you have some land in between and the main road, that works like a buffer in case of a tropical storm or heavy rain approaches to the beach.
